One fair register for local hiring
Every jobseeker registered by ward with consent, so selection starts from the same list for everyone. Local labour, SMME and EPWP is an add-on to any TrustLedger plan, switched on for your organisation: R15 000 once-off per site, or R899 a month per site for at most 12 months (excl. VAT).
The problem
Local hiring is where trust breaks fastest
When nobody can show who was on the list, every appointment looks like a favour. Lists live in a notebook, a WhatsApp group or one person's head, and the community has no way to check them.
Use case
Road contract: the community liaison officer is accused of hiring from one village, and the only jobseeker list is a handwritten book from the last project. Work stops while the ward committee demands to see it.

- A ward-based jobseeker register. Ward, village, skills, tickets and their expiry, availability, previous work, gender, youth and disability, for every jobseeker.
- Consent before anyone is saved. Consent is read out and ticked before a jobseeker is saved, as POPIA requires.
- Search and filter. Find people by ward, skill, gender, youth (under 35) and disability in seconds.
- Bring your existing list. Import a jobseeker list from a spreadsheet, with duplicate and consent checks.
- ID numbers protected. ID numbers are optional, and masked for everyone except the Plan Owner.
