These terms apply to the TrustLedger SRM website and service, provided by Chibase Consulting. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them.

Trials and subscriptions

Self-serve plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card is verified at sign-up and billed when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.
Prices are in South African rand and exclude VAT. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
If a trial ends without an upgrade, access pauses and workspace data is kept for 3 months.
Institutional plans are governed by the quote and agreement signed with your organisation.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what users in your workspace do.
Your organisation owns the records it keeps in TrustLedger, and is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect them.
You may not use TrustLedger for unlawful purposes, or to harass, profile or harm the people recorded in it.

AI Assist

AI Assist suggests text and summaries. Suggestions can be wrong, so a person must review and apply them before they are saved, and your organisation remains responsible for what it records.

Availability and changes

We work to keep TrustLedger available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated to account owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before a claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
