Community data deserves careful handling
TrustLedger holds personal information about community members, complainants and stakeholders. Here is how we keep it separate, private and under your control.
Included on every plan
- Your own workspace. Each organisation runs in a separate TrustLedger workspace.
- Access checked on the server. When you sign in, the app loads only your organisation, and it cannot switch to another client's workspace.
- Encrypted connections. Everything between your browser and TrustLedger travels over an encrypted connection.
- No AI training on your content. Your records are not used to train external AI models, and AI suggestions are only saved when a person applies them.
- Limited support access. Only approved TrustLedger support staff can open a workspace to help.
Optional layers for procurement
For clients, funders or departments with stricter requirements.
- Trust Pack. Written data processing terms, a list of subprocessors and a purge timeline when access ends.
- Private cloud workspace. A dedicated cloud site for your organisation, configured by TrustLedger at your cost.
- Support access visibility. Clearer logs whenever support opens your workspace.
POPIA and your obligations
We take the Protection of Personal Information Act seriously, and we design TrustLedger to help you meet your own obligations as the party responsible for your project's records.
