Monthly allowance
Grievances are always accepted, even over the allowance. Editing and closing records never count. Complaint receipts are unlimited. When you outgrow the allowance, change plan on the same workspace and keep your history.

Field kits for any plan
Add a locked field tablet for each seat, set up with TrustLedger and a field login: up to 3 on Starter and up to 6 on Practitioner. The Standard kit is R10 000 once-off; Rugged and Pro are by quote.

Every plan includes the base protections. Add these only if your clients or funders require them.
- Trust Pack, from R1 500/month. Written processing terms, a list of who supports your workspace, and a clear purge timeline when access ends.
- Private cloud workspace, at cost with no markup. A dedicated cloud site for your organisation's data. You pay the hosting cost and nothing more. Available on Project and Institutional.
- Support access visibility, from R900/month. Clearer logging whenever TrustLedger support opens your workspace to help.

Consulting packages can be added to any plan and don't change which TrustLedger features you get.
